 Kat Ganesan - Founder
Few people have asked me to post a little more information about myself. Instead of the standard corporate picture, I’ve included a picture of mine at a web2.0 tech show a few years ago. I like this picture, and it reminds me that every once in a while I need to get away from my computer.

I grew up in Chennai - India moved to east coast. I did my engineering at Madras University and graduated in 1994.
I spent the last 14+ years working in IT. I started my career as a design engineer and spent a few years as a software programmer, Project Manager and worked as information consultant at Large Pharma Industries. Companies include Pfizer, Coors, Aventis, Scheering Plough and a bunch of startups.
In addition to YoPost, I am a founder of limsnetwork, searchlims and CEO of NXG Group, Inc.
 Kamalesh Srinivasulu - Co-founder
Basically $ stops with him. He was born in shores of Bay of Bengal, moved to eastcoast in late 2000, currently living in Cowboy town. He is a health geek, He won't be able to perform without spending an hour a day at the gym. Kam started his IT career teaching OOP'S, Client server technologies
He likes to do lot of things which includes riding his virtual motorcycle, socialize after 3 shots of yagermiester, and reads history. He Always keeps himself busy doing (stuff) and try to gain knowledge in different areas, recently he is into VXML, PHP. Some of his favorite captions are "Cheat Death", "Joy is better than Happiness", "Steal her breath away", and "No Pain No Gain". His philosophy in life - there is none, iam still a new born.
Santhosh - Design Director
Design. And anything even remotely connected to it can stimulate a bloke like Santhosh. Lives, breathes and speaks design. For over 2 decades, it’s been Design, Design and more Design to him. Yes, necessarily in that order! And his passion for the subject sure translates to beauties that your eyes can behold.
Makesh - Director
The journey sure has been a typical clash of left brain-right brain syndrome for Makesh. Starting out as an art enthusiast, he moved over to tap his client servicing abilities and hasn’t looked back since. With over 20 years of solid experience, he sure knows his moves!
Latha - Account Director
Manages client relationship. Even better than a CEO can do.
Pugazh - Technical Project Manager
Technically directs us. Got the picture?
Pugazh has come a long way from his VB days and Application development. Embracing Web 2.0 and its complications in a breeze, he’s now out to master the latest framework- Ruby on Rails.
Habeb - Technical Web Development
Habeeb brings a unique perspective to the product team. He takes care of the technical aspect of the webiste.
Raja - Web Development
Expert in building cross browser web pages.
Arun - Flash / Scripting
Arun excels in Flash design, Scripting and development.
Kirthana - QA
She does not let a build go out the door that does not pass QA. Our defects have dropped dramatically.
